到店給了最差的樓層和窗景，對面是個立體停車場，交涉了也沒用，攜程作為酒店預訂平臺是給人輕視了吧。説回來床品不錯，隔壁有大超市，樓下是市電一號線，都算優點，不過有溫泉大浴場但沒有如何穿著浴衣的提示，害我把房間睡衣當浴衣穿了，有點社死。

房間很大，我定的是櫻島景觀房，房間內就可以看到櫻島火山，景色確實很美，酒店早餐非常棒，日式西式都有，還有冰淇淋，吃了4天仍舊沒吃夠??！吃完還可以打包咖啡帶走。酒店溫泉、足浴都有。交通也很方便，有去鹿兒島中央站的免費班車，頭班車10點開始。邊上還有一家大超市，吃的、喝的，便當??都有。總之，非常??！

鹿兒島一家喜來登一家城山，競爭是必須有一點的，jr都有shuttlebus到達，15mins一班，都能看櫻島，遠眺火山云霧景色。喜來登比較新，屬於現代化的酒店，設施齊全，還有免費泡腳泡澡，周邊超市藥粧便利店好幾家選擇，樓下有電車站，各種便捷。

This is my second time stay. The hotel is very new, rooms are spotlessly clean, great shower, comfortable beddings, high quality service. There is a gym and spa which is good for those who like using the facilities. It’s a bit far from JR though but they provide free shuttle. I haven’t used the shuttle service since we’re driving, so the location is not a problem. Simply liked everything. Highly recommended.

Excellent location with perfect view of the volcano. Parking was easy enough. The concierge was super helpful.

The hotel is very clean and new. The room is spacious and has a beautiful view of Sakurajima. The buffet breakfast is delicious and give us a surprise is that we can have mixed sashimi rice every morning. Also, we had a dinner buffet with 20% discount and it was value for money. The food in dinner buffer has various options and the desserts have many choice with Halloween theme. Highly recommend this hotel.
